My teaching philosophy:
I believe that we only truly learn by tackling relatively unstructured problems and struggling with them.  I organize a good chunk of the evaluation in this course around this tenet.  I believe in this quote from David Epstein:

Frustration is not a sign that you are not learning, but ease definitely is.

If you are looking for the easiest section of BUS311, this might not be the section for you. You will find that you get out of this course what you put into it.
