Assignment 4: Salesforce Labs


NOTE: All assignments are individual work.  You may NOT collaborate with your fellow students, share files or results of any kind. If you need help see your instructor or TA.

Purpose

This assignment is designed for you to understand and gain experience with:
1) using a database and CRM tool--Salesforce.com
2) the database creation process;
3) creating front-ends: an app and an HTML front-end;
4) adding triggers associated with business events.


Task Description

All of the steps of this assignment are in the Salesforce labs on the class schedule page.  Make sure that you do all 6 parts of the lab: 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b.

To get credit for completing each lab, use the grader app.  There is a link for installing and using the grader app in Lab 1a.

Submission

Electronic submission only. 

Upload your grade certificates (.png files) from the grading app to Laulima.  Make sure that your name is visible on the grading certificates.  Make sure that you upload the actual files, and not a screen cap, e.g.

The late assignment policy will be strictly followed. 
 

Grading Scheme:  (100 points)

Each lab is equal, worth 1/6 of the 100 points.
