  • Direct plate coli transformation
  • Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR)

Check for E. coli growth on plates from transformation

ddPCR lesson

ddPCR on DNA from pKL2013 transgenic plants

Sequence analyses:

  • Sequencing results for cloning gRNA into pKL2020
  • Sequencing for editing efficiency
    • TIDE method (Sanger sequencing)
    • Amplicon sequencing
