Background:
When you applied for a summer internship of a corporation whose headquarter is in Singapore,
you are required to report the headquarter what and how you are studying at HiroshimaCity University weekly for one month.

Information To Be Included in Weekly Reports Submitted By Email:
A list of academic activities in the past 5 days with their descriptions in the chronological order,
where academic activities include attending a lecture, exercises in a lab, working on an assignment, etc.

  • No Attachment
  • Write a Report in Plain Text as a Message Body of an Email
For each academic activity, the following items must be included.
  1. Date & Time
  2. Place
  3. Description of an Activity

    In case of a lecture, include the following information.
    • Name of a Course
    • Name of an Instructor
    • Major Topics Addressed in the Lecture
