Biography: Kagerou is actually Recca's mother. About 400 years ago, during the era of the war between the Ninjas and the Samurais, Kagerou used the forbidden time manipulation technique to send Recca to the 400 years into the present in hopes that he would be able to live a full, happy life (and somehow, Kurei accidentally slipped in too). Because of this, Kagerou is cursed with immortality and had to watch helplessly as her husband, Ohka, and the rest of her family and friends were killed by the samurais while she lived. For 400 lonely years she roamed all over the world, waiting for the day when she would be able to find her beloved son. Finally, she did, but her happiness was marred by the fact that she and Recca are not allowed to touch each other as this is one of the side effects of using the forbidden time technique.
   Kagerou is obviously the most mature one of the group, she being the eldest and everything, and is very much loved and respected by the Hokage Team. She is the one who "mother-hens" everyone and gives them advice. An expert on psychic devices, she is also able to recognize almost all the devices that she catches sight of.
