UH Graduate Students
Before Qualifying Exam:
Motivated students can start research with my group from their first year in the PhD
program and receive a research stipend. However, most students work as Teaching Assistants
(TA) simultaneously. Research topics will be decided in consultation with me.
After passing the qualifying exam, you can transition to a full-time Research Assistant (RA)
role to engage in advanced research.
After Qualifying Exam:
Once you pass the qualifying exam, you can start full-time research as a RA.
If you are interested in joining my lab, please consult with me about
available PhD positions and research topics.
UH Undergraduate Students
Motivated undergraduate students are welcome to join my research group depending on their interests. Research topics, including data analysis and hardware development, will be decided in consultation with me. Participation is voluntary (no stipend), but based on the student's skills and chosen topic, there is a possibility to receive a research stipend.
