In the calculation section you should:
  • make charts and/or graphs as necessary  
  • write down any modification of raw data.  A sample is sufficient in most cases.
In the calculation section, I want to verify that you are correctly interpreting the equation.  Any equations given in class are legal starting points; i.e. you do not need to re-derive anything here!  Example:

               equation:                                                V = IR
               modification (NO numbers here):        R = V/I
               substitution:                                     R = (6.0 V) / (3.0 mA)
               result and units:                               R = 2.0 kOhms

Note that you only need to do one such sample.
