Who's a member of the CoE Faculty Senate?

According to Article I of CoE Faculty Senate Chater:

• All tenure-track or tenured faculty members of the COE in the Instructional, Research, and Specialists categories, serving at or more than 50% time are automatically members of the Senate.
• Retired faculty members will be non-voting, ex-officio members, who may fully participate at the general meetings or as a member of any special committee.
• Staff of COE may join the general meetings and/or committee meetings as non-voting members.
