Choose polite wording,
but express what to tell a recipient clearly and explicitly
礼儀正しさのために「奥ゆかしい言い回し」は避けるべきである。
英語を母国語としない者は「ニュアンス」を伝えようとせずに、
はっきりとした言い回しをするべきである。
さもなければ、却って誤解を招く原因になり、トラブルのもとである。
To deny a request or decline an offer or a proposal,
explain a reason of rejection clearly yet politely
unless the reason likely offends the sender.
