The first two sections are quite easy to complete.  You don't have to write anything for these sections.  All you need to do is download the webpage objective and procedure for the day, and paste it in your notebook.  You should have both when you come to class, as I will not write them on the chalkboard.

A description of the objective and procedure is given below, although you will not have to complete these sections in this class.


Objective:
 Your objective should consist of one or two sentences describing:
  • the purpose of the experiment
  • the quantities measured
  • the principal physical relationship investigated in the experiment
  • Procedure:
    Your procedure should include:
  • a detailed description of the main steps followed to run the experiment.  A classmate should be able to repeat your experiment based upon what he/she reads in your procedure
  • a sketch or schematic as necessary
