Spring 2021 Office Hours
The instructor's office is in POST 305F, telephone 956-3891,
e-mail esb@hawaii.edu.
Covid-19 note: please DO NOT come to the office without either
first calling 808-956-3891, or making an appointment. This will
aid in the required physical distancing. If an in-person meeting is
appropriate, it will be held outdoors whenever possible.
Office hours are
- regularly scheduled through Monday May 4th (but not
on holidays and not on Spring break)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2pm-3pm. The zoom meeting
information is in the resources on Laulima.

The following apply to office hours:
- You are welcome to call me
outside of my regular office hours. If there is no answer, it is best
to send an email -- email is likely to get a more prompt response than
a voicemail on the phone.
- I plan to reply to email within 24 hours (I will often reply
sooner) except on Fridays and weekends and holidays, when I may take
longer to reply.
- I am happy to meet outside of the scheduled office hours, and
occasionally also on evenings or weekends or holidays: send email or
call to arrange an appointment. If you send email, please suggest
two or three different times when you are available to meet.
