Here are a few of the popuar Coffees around the world and in the islands... I have chosen a few coffees and tried to focus on their individuality... so when you go into another coffee shop you'll have an edge over the common person that dosen't know. Enjoy!!!

Cinnamon Roastlight roast, light cinnamon tone=Pronounced nut-like flavor, high coffee acidity
American RoastMedium roast, chestnut hue=Pronounced caramel like flavor
City RoastMedium roast, medium brown with no surface oils=Full coffee flavor, with some loss of acidity
Full City RoastChestnut brown, slightly darker than the City Roast=Full coffee flavor, good balance of acidity and sugar
ViennaDark brown, with traces of oil on the surface=Dark roast flavor
French RoastDark brown, nearly black, oily on the surface=Bitter, smoky taste and pungent aromaItalian
Dark chocolate brown, oils on the surface=Burnt flavor
EspressoDark roast, used specifically for espresso machines=Burnt flavor that is strong and sweet

Biscotti!!!

If you have no clue to what a Biscotti is, then you must not get out too often... A Biscotti is a hard cookie, when I say hard I mean hard! These cookies are almost like jawbreakers!!! But, if you dunk them in you coffee, and wait until they get soft, then you can eat it like an oreo dunked in milk! On you next visit to your favorite coffee shop look for them. It's a way to keep you mouth active... other than talking and trying to cool off your coffee.
