Nutritional Assessment of Populations/HNFAS Department

I received my Ph.D. in Statistics from North Carolina State University under the direction of Dr. Jason Osborne. I am currently a faculty member of the Nutritional Assessment of Populations program under the Department of Human Nutrition, Food, and Animal Sciences in the University of Hawaii at Manoa. My current research interests combine the fields of statistics and health research. I focus on developing statistical methods that can facilitate nutritional epidemiology research on growth, maturation, body size and bone mass that are important to health and disease. Another field I am interested in is statistical consulting.
