Reptiles

What do they eat?

Back

Most reptiles and all snakes are carnivores, which means they eat meat. This includes birds, rodents, fish, amphibians and other reptiles. Many lizards eat insects and others are herbivores, or plant eaters who get their food from leaves and fruits. Some turtles are omnivores, which means they eat both plants and animals.
