that has feathers and wings. Birds are the only animals with feathers.
Almost all birds can fly. Some birds that do not fly, such as ostriches
and penguins, once had flying ancestors. Birds are vertebrates, which
means they have a backbone. They also have four-chambered hearts and
are warm-blooded animals.
