| I had a July 5 picnic in Nalo! Here's Katie, me, and Kris on my beach, which is the best beach in the world. I also have the best friends in the world! And they are also quite attractive. | ||

 | This is my beach in Waimanalo. In the distance you can see the Koolau Mountains. | |
 | I live half a block up and about a mile from this particular location. Waimanalo and Bellows beaches are home to Oahu's longest stretch of white sand beach! And there are almost no tourists on this beach, either. I'm surprised when there are more than 20 people on the entire stretch. | |

miscellany I am going to grad school at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science! I have, on average, seven keys on my keychain at any given time! Anyone have a piano I could borrow? You should try listening to Turin Brakes, Mason Jennings, Patty Griffin, Modest Mouse, and Donavon Frankenreiter. My current best friend is: the FOOD network. I currently work for the Hawaii Undersea Research Laboratory. We went to the Northwest Hawaiian Islands and now I'm working on the seamount project. Don't forget to buckle your seatbelts. I am presently learning how to skateboard and how to rock climb. I enjoy drinking water, especially out of my Nalgene bottle. Who invented Oreos? They are so tasty.
