Call for Papers

The ALISE New Faculty SIG welcomes proposals for three talks on the rather wide topic of "The Changing Roles of New Faculty." Some possible ideas include:

• New Faculty and the Changing Face of Scholarly Publications in the 21st Century
• Teaching Online and the Scholarly Community
• Diversifying LIS Education
• GenX Faculty: Changing Values and Concerns

• The SIG is also welcoming someone interested in becoming a convenor elect in 2009, who will become convenor for the 2010 conference.
