You are also to select at least one from each of the following categories: a) Out of print books, b) Journal/ Magazine subscription (1 year), c) an audio/ video recording (either VHS or CD or DVD or Tape, etc), and d) one digital media subscriptions (1 year).
Each item should be numbered (1) to (45). The first 15 items should be noted with an asteric (e.g., 3*). You should also note (J) Journal; (D) Database/ Digital Subscription; Out-of-Print item (OP); Audio-Video Material (A-V).
