REQUESTING ACCESS TO THE FACILITY

Access into the animal biomedical facilities should be requested by completing the Security Access Request Form. Please return the completed form to Laboratory Animal Service at Kakaako BSB 122 or Fax: 692-1960.

After submitting the form, someone from LAS will contact you to schedule an orientation of the facility.
