Textbooks and other educational materials and equipment are sold at the UH-Hilo Bookstore, as well as convenience personal items and clothing. The Bookstore is located on the ground floor of Building 346.

Bookstore Hours:

Regular hours: 8:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. Monday through Friday.
During registration: 8:00a.m. - 3:30p.m.
First two days of classes: 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.
Remainder of week: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Refund Policy
** Save Your Receipt **
1. Full refund if returned within two weeks from the first day of classes.
2. Textbooks should have been purchased for current semester must be supported by receipt.
3. New textbooks that are soiled or marked will be refunded at 75% of new price.
4. Defective books may be exchanged for any other book. If we are out-of-stock, cash will be refunded,or we will special order a book at our expense.
5. Wrapped or boxed merchadise must not be unwrapped or opened.
6. No refund on tradebooks, catalogs & Software
Buy Back Period:
-- The UH-Hilo Bookstore buy back period for textbooks is during the finals week of the Fall & Spring semesters.
-- 5 Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
       8:00am-3:30pm Daily Except Wed. (8:00am-6:00pm)
