My name is Michael Lefevre, I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and my
ethnic background is French, Spainsh, Cherokee Indian. I attended
catholic school all of my childhood life. Upon turning seventeen years
old, I had my grandparents sign for me to join, the United States Army.
For basic training, I went to Fort Mcellan, Alabama, shortly afterwards
I came to Schofield Barracks, and I was stationed there for six years. I
had the opportunity to travel to the Phillipines, Korea, Japan, Guam and
Samoa. After I was discharged I stayed in Hawaii, and have been here
since. While in Korea, I obtained a knee injury, now, I am here at
Leeward Community College, and my goal is to become a medical lab
technoligst, this program will take about four years to complete. I am
very confident, I will accomplish my goal.
