Spring Semester Kick-Off

Earlier in the semester, February 5, 1997 marked the day for SVFA's spring kick off meeting. With the hopes of another eventful semester, old and new members alike gathered to find out what will be going on this Spring.

After a short promo video, brief introductions were on hand. Members, wearing colored name tags, went around introducing themselves along with mentioning their favorite movie. Old classics as well as shoot 'um up action movies were mentioned.

Before getting down to business, members participated in a game of Laser Tag Movie Trivia. In the end, the peach team came out victorious and showed everyone that they simply watch too many movies.

Members were given the opportunity to sign up for various upcoming projects including a music video and a UH Mens Volleyball segment. Sign-up sheets were also quickly filled for Camera training courses, Pacific New Media seminars and SVFA's summer film project.

If the energy shown at SVFA's spring kick-off meeting is any indication, this semester is sure to be a successful one.
