The reasons why I run have evolved over the years, but today, getting out the door, might be the only time that I can get away from the everyday busyness and to focus on a couple of thoughts or to simply pause all that stuff. Apparently this works (!) and usually I do find few fresh ideas. Below are some of tracks which I log for the trajectory study -- I had some minor overuse injuries which I could have avoided -- so I am thinking of hacking an app which would alert runners before those hit them.
