ABOUT US
Ka Lamakua is a fortnightly online magazine which features creative works by students at the University of Hawai‘i at M?noa. Drawing on the student body’s wealth of diverse cultural identities, Ka Lamakua aims to connect students with each other by giving their artistic voices a chance to speak. Creative writing, visual art, music, performance—we love it all, and we hope that inspiration leads to dialogue and that dialogue leads to collaboration.
MISSION STATEMENT
Ka Lamakua, a publication by UH students for UH students, is dedicated to revealing our identity through the exposure of inspiring, fresh, alternative, progressive, quality work.
