PRINTING THE ASSOCIATED RECORDS DISPLAY IN THE CATALOGING MODULE

(This method will enlarge the printout to nearly twice the size)

Copy the display from the Voyager window:

alt, print screen

Open MS Word

Change the paper orientation from vertical to horizontal:

click file, page setup, paper size, landscape, OK

Change the viewing percentage to 50% or whole page

Paste the Voyager display into MS Word:

ctrl-v (or)
edit-paste (or)
click the paste icon

Enlarge the Voyager display:

click anywhere in the middle of the display
(small squares will appear around the edges)

move cursor to lower right corner of display
(cursor shape will become diagonal with arrows at both ends)

click and hold mouse button down

pull the lower right corner of the display to the lower right corner of the page until it nearly fills the page
(to reposition the display to the center of the page,

click in the center of the display and drag it)

Preview the MS Word page, reposition display if necessary

Print the MS Word page.
