Hawai'i Cycling Training Hawai'i Cycling Training was developed to offer Hawai'i Cyclists an opportunity to improve their skills and become more effective and safe cyclists. The HCT staff had the opportunity to work with area bicycle racers, triathletes, and recreational cyclists. The Hawai'i Cycling Training Clinic was a huge success for everyone involved. An article in the Island Sports Magazine featured our clinic in it's Mei 1996 issue.
