• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database programs and reporting systems to support managed care operations.  Duties involved identifying data and reporting requirements, coordinating the activities to meet the requirements, and producing the necessary tools to support the operations. 
• Provided training and technical support to the staff.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the company's data warehouse.  Activities involve the translation of the legacy data, designing and maintaining the data extracts, loading the data, and performing basic system administration tasks for the warehouse.
  
• Develops and improves data collection to help support departmental activities
• Designs and develops customized software to support daily operational activities
• Produces reports from the various computer systems
  
• Participates in the development of workflow guidelines and standards
  
• Develops and maintains the provider directory on company website
  
• Provides training and technical support to users
• Network maintenance duties include managing system backups and user accounts
  
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC's and printers for LAN connectivity
