In addition to having written sixty reviews and review essays for professional journals and newsletters, Vincent Pollard is a member of six editorial boards. Since the mid-1990s, he also has served as an external referee for a other journals.

In those capacities, Pollard has reviewed article manuscripts for more than a dozen journals and two working papers series. During this period, he has evaluated article submissions in comparative politics, world politics, Asian studies, foreign policy analysis, futures studies, and educational technology.

Also, Pollard occasionally evaluates and comments on book manuscripts for university and trade presses. And he has served as a judge on various schlarly prize committees.
