Hotels and accommodation
You are responsible for
making your own hotel reservations.
The University of Hawaii has a special agreement with a number of hotels, and we have been able to secure rooms for attendees as reasonable rates.
East-west center, lincoln Hall
We have arranged with East-West Housing for twenty studio rooms at Lincoln Hall, adjacent to the Imin Conference Center at a rate of $52/night.These rooms have been secured on a 60-day release group booking arrangement with the East-West Center. To book a room you need to call (808) 944-7803 or email East-West Housing at [housing@eastwestcenter.org].
Please be aware that these rooms will have to be booked early as any unused rooms will return to the general inventory on October 2, 2009—60 days prior to the start of the conference.
Guests are responsible for their own rental charges, including cancellation charges (See East-West Housing web site).
At the time of your booking please inform East-West Housing that you are a part of the PESA conference. At that time you will be required to supply your mailing address, phone number, and credit card information.
Waikiki Beach Hotel
We have made arrangements with the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel to hold up to 40 rooms (Partial Ocean View) at a special conference rate. These rooms are blocked from December 2 to December 8 at $129.00 per night (+ $12.962 in taxes), single and double occupancy. This rate includes daily continental breakfast. A third person can be added for $45.00.In order to get this rate, please download this REGISTRATION FORM and either fax it to or email as a scanned file to candace.yuen@astonhotels.com.

Please be sure to make your reservation by October 14, 2009 to obtain the above rate.
We will be arranging for a bus to transport people between the Waikiiki Beach Hotel and the East-West Center. If you stay at another hotel, you will have to make your own way to meet the bus at the Waikiki Beach Hotel.

Ocean Resorts hotel Waikiki
The Ocean Resorts Hotel is only a short walk (100metres) from the Waikiki Beach Hotel. The hotel is holding a block of 20 rooms at a special rate of $74.00 (+ taxes) for PESA participants. In order to get this rate, please download the OCEAN RESORTS REGISTRATION FORM and either fax it to (808) 545–2163 or email it to groups@castleresorts.com.
