- Turn in the Info and Consent Form to Michael Tanaka before March 20th to receive 5 AMPS.

- General Deadline: April 2, failure to do so will result in probation from future events and a lockout from active status until forms are provided.
- Please download them and email them to an officer, as soon as possible. Text can be entered by computer via Microsoft Word or you can print them out.
- Please fill out the Consent Form and get the signature of a parent/guardian if you under the age of 18 years by Word or by hand.
- The Member Info Form is designed to help the Officer Board update our information systems and to better assist you, each semester.

Spring 2007 Activities
- Kalani High School Tutoring
- Starts on Wednesday, February 14th.
- Will happen every Monday/Wednesday at around 3 pm.
- For those carpooling, meet at POST at 2:30 pm
- Updates will be done through email but if questions arise, contact Jesse Starmer
- Social #1
- Tentatively planned for President's Day Weekend, either the 17th or 18th.
- Kaka'ako Waterfront Park
- 12 pm to 3 pm, potluck
- Dinner and a Movie
- March 17(Saturday)Casual dinner before at Wolfgang Pucks at Ward Center (if don't want to eat before, please still meet early at listed time so I can get a head count and have ample time to buy tickets
- Meet at 6pm, if you make it by that time NSCS will subsidize some of the cost making the movie ticket only $5. If you come after that time, you can still join but you have to pay normal ticket price of $9.
- Movie will be Wild Hogs. As for movie time, Around 7:15 pm.
- Christmas Wish Foundation
- March 24, American Savings Bank at Queen and Ward Avenue.
- Three shifts, three hours each. 40 AMPS received for each shift completed.
- Collect donations from drivers.

- Carwash
- Where: 76 Gas Station on South King Street next to McDonalds.
- When: Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22. Two shifts each day.
- Shift 1: 9 am to 1 pm
- Shift 2:1 pm to 5pm
- Each shift is worth 20 AMPs total
- 10 extra AMPS for staying for both shifts in one day.
- Contact an Officer with a list of supplies you will be bringing by April 7 to get 5 AMPS an item.
- Notify an Officer what day(s) and what shift(s), arrive on time that day and receive 5 extra AMPs.

- Three hour shift each day, worth 50 AMPS each.

- The dates are: 4/13 (Tonight), 4/16 Monday, 4/17 Tuesday, 4/18 Wednesday, 4/23 Monday, and 4/24 Tuesday. Making these rehearsals is strongly recommended so you get experience performing on the "real stage!"
- Dress rehearsals will be on 4/23 and 4/24. These practices are mandatory for all involved, unless you have an emergency or otherwise mandatory function (please let us know ahead of time if you cannot come so we can proceed on time).
- All rehearsals will begin promptly at 7PM, but you are free to start setting up as early as 630. Rehearsals will end at 845.
- Several of you have already sent emails indicating interest in helping out as staff, if not performers. Thank you very much, we'll need the spare hands.
- Performers (who also make dress rehearsals) = 60 AMPS Staff = 25 AMPS per hour
- Admission is free but donations will be accepted at the door and at the end of the program.

- Directions: If you are heading from Waikiki down Kapahulu, it will be at the end near Panda Travel. Turn left on Kihei Street. If you are heading in the opposite direction, it is at the start of Kapahulu, turn right on Kihei. It should be the first parking lot.
- Eat, socialize, receive active status awards, acknowledge graduates, eat some more and stuff.
- First 10 to sign up free (already filled), next ten get $10 off and guests pay/paid for full amount.
- 15 amps towards next semester.
