- Shuttle: Buses will leave the intersection near Gateway House (Dole Street and East-West Road) at 4:00 p.m. before the game.
- They will depart from Aloha Stadium promptly 30 minutes after the game ends and return to the same intersection. These buses are available first-come, first-seated, look for sign-up sheets in the student residence halls.
- Carpooling: If needed, call the officers or email each other.
- Meals: Lunch is provided but not dinner. Will have to buy or bring your own.
- Meet: Gate Six, Letter V, at front of Stadium entrance (box office), if needed notify people you are working for Rainbowtique then go inside and sit at tables. Call an officer.
- Dress Code: t-shirt, jeans and covered shoes. turn cell phones on silent or off. Answer only outside of tent area.
- Badges: First shift, these will be distributed. After your shift is over, return these to the cashier. Second shift, you will contact the cashier and they or someone will come to give you a badge so you can come in. At the end, give them to the cashier/officer.
- Be sure to bring a calculator and pencil, there will be extra's on hand but to speed up inventory count, it will help to bring your own.
- First Shift Instructions
- First Shift: Arrive a on time at 11:30 am, no later than 12 pm.
- Go to Gate Six, wait around for everyone, should be 4-7 people, go to V (you'll see the big blue door and hopefully Rainbowtique officials (most likely in green uniform) and ask for Noel. You sign a waiver if you haven't worked before, get a t-shirt to wear, then do an inventory (count up the stuff for sale to see if it matches the list they give us) for whichever section we are assigned.. There's a long counter, a cabinet (both white) and a stack of rubbermaid containers on wheels. They are all marked with our letter. In each week's email, the letter is mentioned and the cashier should know it.
- This shouldn't take long as they've bunched things in bags so we assume the numbers are correct. Then take a break and go eat your free lunch. After that push the three things to assigned section. If you go to the right entrance (counter clockwise), you will start at S and move up to A. If you go left (clockwise), you will start at SS and move up to AA.
- You'll see a white Rainbowtique tent at your section. With the list of inventory there should be a picture showing how the booth should be set up. At this time, the cashier get a wristband (see Cashier Procedures) and go to the V area take the elevator down and get the cash for the booth. You have to count the cash and see it matches the total they have listed. After that, return to E. Make sure to call another NSCS member to walk with you back to E.
- You should have at least an hour to take it easy. Since we have a good number of volunteers, decide on who will be sales (2-3 people), the cashier will give you some cash to hold, put on the green aprons located somewhere in the rubbermaid stack. Then decide on the rest will be stock. What you're doing is replenishing the booth as merchandise gets sold.
- When something runs out, you have to radio in the V-area, the radio is in the rubbermaid stack somewhere, Very easy, turn on, push to talk. Say, Booth "E" and say how much of what you need. Send one or two stock people to V after they answer with an ok to get the material. Someone has to inital their list for additional inventory and be sure to add that in to the booth's list as additional inventory as well.
- Second Shift Instructions
- Arrive before your 6 pm shift. If the Kamehameha Lot is filled, security will direct you go to the alternate parking at Ford Island.
- Once at Gate Six, call the officer/cashier on duty. They will then send a leaving first shift member and be sure to get their badge, or you will not be able to enter the stadium area.
- Go to V (you'll see the big blue door and hopefully Rainbowtique officials (most likely in green uniform) and ask for Noel. You sign a waiver if you haven't worked before, get a t-shirt to wear. Proceed to assigned section.

- Close the booth 15 minutes after 9 pm then do inventory and put away the materials, the cashier and anyone who has worked before will know what to do in terms of breaking down.
