Entrance sign welcomes visitors to the 5.0 million gallon per day D.B. Lee Water Reclamation Facility. The plant produces 2.0 million gallons per day of reuse water used to irrigate large commercial properties, as well as residential properties.








Grant Street Wastewater Treatment Plant

City of Melbourne maintenance worker Calvin Whipkey created this scenic mural on the digester tank located at the entrance of the Grant Street Wastewater Treatment Plant. The plant is designed to treat 5.1 million gallons per day of wastewater from the south end of the City and return 500,000 gallons per day as reuse water for irrigation purposes.
