*The permitted peak capacity of the South WTP is 16.5 MGD. The capacity of the R/O plant is 6.5 MGD when 1.5 MGD of raw well water is blended with R/O product water. As a result, the total drinking water capacity now available is 23.0 MGD. Currently, the average daily demand is being met through the production and blending of 9.0 MGD of water from the South WTP and 5.0 MGD of water from the R/O WTP.
