Offers downloadable graphic files for flowcharts and concept maps. Site is geared toward new users seeking basic IA principles, practices, and resources.

Usable Web: IA Subject Guide

Compiled by Keith Instone, a usability consultant and information architect, the site provides an "archival and research-oriented" guide, organized by topics and sites. Site contains an extensive list of usability and human-computer interaction (HCI) resources, geared towards HCI experts and Web developers, but anyone will find this webliography quite useful.

 

Info.design

Site created by Thom Haller, site offers a systematic approach to incorporating users in the design process and discusses Info.design's approach to IA. Site is also a good example of writing for the Web. Sign up for his mailing list.
