If a student is absent 6 times and more without any written proof of inevitable circumstances, her/his grade will be dropped one full letter grade (A→B). If you miss more than ten classes, your final grade will be an F. Three tardies (ten minutes) will count as one absence.
★ Assignments are due on the notified date. Late assignments will be graded, but 75% after one day, and 50% after two days.
★ There are daily vocabulary quizzes at the start of a class from the third day. The quiz starts at 08:30 sharp. DON’T BE LATE!
★ There will be seven lesson quizzes, otherwise announced. The quizzes consist of listening, vocabulary & grammar, and writing.
★ Oral tests: There will be two oral tests. During the 9
th week, paired students will make a dialogue and perform at a class. During the 16th weeks, there is a one-to-one interview with the instructor based on oral exercises in class.

★ There will be NO MAKEUP quizzes, oral test or exams unless provided with an official proof for a justifiable reason of absence. In case a make up exam is granted, it must be done
within a week from the original exam date.
