well, here i am, just futtin' around. isn't that nice?

i went to apply for a job today but when i got there the host guy told me that i have to come back tomorrow when they are accepting applications. well, isn't that nice? you'd think when i picked up the application on monday someone could have told me that. so i had to pay for parking for nothing because i had to park so far away that i used the 15 min. grace period walking to and from the place. so i went shopping because i wasn't feeling too spiffy. i bought a few shirts and a pair of shorts. hope they fit. for some reason i usually don't try things on. i mean i'm pretty aware of my size and what size i should wear so it's not like a huge risk. if it really doesn't fit and i can't make it fit then i can always give it to someone who it will fit or i can return it. life's just not that hard.

i got this awesome rusty shirt, has the japanese rising sun (like the war flag) in the background like rising above a chain of islands (japan i assume) with a tora standing on the islands and a big ryu rising from the sea, in the corner is the character mizu (water) at least i think that's what it is. i got one for my brother too. i had to get a guy shirt because it's a guy's shirt. hehe duh. i got a small tho so hopefully it won't look too bad on me. dave doesn't like it when i wear guy shirts.

i also got something for dave. i guess i'll just give it to him tomorrow (our 11 month anniv.) since there's nothing else coming up that requires a gift. well, our 1 year anniv. in march but i already got something for that, besides, it would be mean to make him wait that long. i might as well just save it for his birthday. maybe i'll just give it to him tonight. who says you need a special occassion to give someone a gift?

i cut my hair. it's short now. not that any of you would really know, but i had really long hair before. like down to my waist. i decided to see what it's like to hve short short hair for once in my life. now it's right above my shoulders. everyone thinks it's really cute and my mom likes it because my hair has this curl in it so the ends are like flipped up. i like it ok, i think it's pretty cute. i like to look cute since according to dave, that's all i have going for me, looks wise.

in school news, i got a 96.5 on my hawaiian studies midterm. i'm pretty proud of myself cuz i saw some of the other scores, not too good. i think it's a pretty easy class...some of the hawaiian words are a little hard, cuz you have to remember the okina and kahako and stuff but other than that it's pretty cake. i also got a 96 on my famR test which comes out to 18/20 points (100 total for the semester) AND i got a 29 of 36 on my bio lecture test, which is an i dunno yet because there's a sort of curve but it's not figured until the end of the class. if youjust take it straight i think it's an 85, which is still pretty good.

i have to write my bio bean report. it's due on friday and i really should get started on it because i am trying to not get stuck at the last minute doing things.
