"Sorry, nobody down here but the FBI's most unwanted." i'm so excited. me and d are going to watch a special advanced screening of sweet november tonight. one of my drivers got tickets for me. d doesn't know exactly which movie we're going to watch but i'm pretty sure it's safe for me to put it here now, since we'll be going in about 2 hours and i don't think he'll be checking here before then. ihope he likes the movie, i'm sure it's not what he would have chosen to watch, but hey, that's what's playing. besides, i wanna watch it. hehe it's a nice valentine's type movie.. since that's tomorrow and all. it's kinda cold and windy today. not too rainy now, although it was earlier and it does rain on and off. i'm watching xfiles (twice a day, everyday, except sat when it's only on once) i love xfiles. i don't think i really have anything exciting going on. just the usual. i'm going to go back to my x-files now. okie back, from movies. it was okie.. kind of dumb, but, sweet. i guess that's why it was called sweet november huh? but they should have called it, dumb, but, sweet november but i guess that wouldn't market as well. i did like the ending. that was good. on the way home me and d were thinking of other love stories, like ones that aren't romantic comedies, you know, just straight love stories.. we came up with ghost (d's fav) made in heaven, chances are and for some reason i can't think of anymore... later i thought of city of angels oh.. and i came up with love story but d hasn't seen it. i liked city of angels better than sn. it also had a good ending. if you've seen city then you could probably figure out what a good ending is to me and you'll kind of know the ending of sn but not really, it wasn't THAT good. but then again it wasn't as sad either. this screening was sponsored by star 101.9 so they were there before the movie (which was very crowded, we had to sit in the front row) giving away cds and stuff. d got to play "5 in 10" for a cd... he had to name 5 keanu movies in 10 seconds. can you do it?
bill and ted's excellent adventure bill and ted's bogus journey devil's advocate matrix did you get them? other keanu movies include the replacements, the gift, johnny neumonic, a walk in the clouds and that one where he's a killer but i can't remember what it's called because i've only seen previews for it. there are more movies, but i'm not a big keanu junkie so i can't really name them all off the top of my head.
another topic of discussion tonight was the top 5 list... you know,
everyone has one, and actually they're pretty fun to make because you'd
think it'd be easy but it's really not because you keep thinking of
someone else you want to add then you have to start rearranging and
bumping people.. or you have the problem i had: you get 4 then you have
to pick one more and you can't think of someone who deserves the spot so
you have to give it to someone not quite deserving, through
default. here's my top five:
mark mcgrath val kilmer brendan frasier and num 5 by default, christian slater who's on your top 5? this is the interactive journal hehe.
