This page will be your resource for obtaining all required materials in regards to the MCH LEND Program and your training experience. Other documents of importance may be posted here for you to download. Faculty and staff will let you know of any updates, but it is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you have any questions or problems with a download please contact the MCH LEND office at (808) 956-3142. All documents attached to this site are in PDF format. You will need to have an Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents. There are two places that you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader:
