Please remember:
All patient/family matters discussed in the Pono Advanced Clinical Practicum are confidential and may only be shared with other MCH LEND trainees enrolled in the MCH Clinical Practicum and the supervising faculty mentors, unless consent is given. Do not speak in the cafeteria, elevators or other public places about patient/families seen in the Pono Advanced Clinical Practicum as this information may easily be overheard by someone who knows the patient/family. Written information needs to be safeguarded from accidental exposure or theft. Reports or notes about patient/families needs to be shredded if disposed or stored in a safe place. Do not fax or email information about the patient/family to colleagues or other people; these methods are not secure.

- Contact your faculty for your miniteam as soon as possible prior to Pono sessions.
