how lucky are we to be human and have our taste buds have such intense influences on the pleasure center in our brain? way to go us. but as it's said, with great privilege comes great responsibility. i do a lot of thinking about where my food comes from and what impact that has on me and the rest of the world, and i encourage and support everyone else to do the same. i'll try to update this site frequently to keep up on great ways to eat responsibly and enjoyably.
