Fall 2009: Call for course projects

In both classes students work in groups with a mentor / client from non profit agencies / organization, libraries, and university departments, etc...

Outcomes from students work range from recommendation for data management and working prototypes to proposals that could be the basis for grant proposals, implementation of refined production systems, more specific research / studies, ...

It is expected that the mentor be available around one hour per week to allow students to gather specification, needs ...

If you have a project that students could undertake in your organization please send me a brief paragraph describing your idea / need ......
