1. Sometime in the late 60's or early 70's, I seem to recall some additions were made to Castle Memorial Hall.
2. Weren't the basketball courts down near the locker rooms covered parking at some point in time?
3. KHET used to be located at the back of the cafeteria, until the mid 70's, when it moved to its own building next door. The band room moved from the far corner of the Elementary School building to occupy the old studio. I vaguely remember having to be quiet during tapings...
4. I believe that Castle Memorial has a copy of Rodin's "The Thinker" somewhere on the grounds. I think it has been moved at least once. Or maybe it's some other statue. My memories are fading.
5. I think there are some cotton plants growing along the fence near Castle Memorial's entry. At least they look like cotton. And they have cotton-like stuff coming out of the seed pods...
Boy, I haven't thought of those things in a long, long time...
