Description:Computer Science - Technology Integrated Curriculum
This introductory course will focus on utilizing a variety of tools and courseware in the technology environment that will support the classroom teachers' program. Participants will be introduced to the instructional design process utilizing the software that could be used in any classroom. Popular software will be used to create student portfolios. Participants will be asked to bring 3.5" floppy disks, and curriculum resources.

This introductory course will focus on utilizing a variety of tools and courseware in the technology environment that will support the classroom teachers' program. Participants will be introduced to the instructional design process utilizing the internet that could be used in any classroom. Basic telecommunications concepts such as telnet, gopher, e-mail, ftp, andthe World Wide Web will be explored. Participants will be asked to bring 3.5" HD floppy disk, curriculum resources, equipment and software currently used in their schools.

Participants will be introduced to the research process utilizing hypermedia software that could be used in any classroom. Popular software will be used to create student portfolios. Participants will be asked to bring 3.5" floppy disks, and curriculum resources.
