Kelvin was a 2005 International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM) Gold Medal Finalist in the Stage Competition in Reno, Nevada, and a 2005 Society of American Magicians (SAM) Finalist in the Close-Up Competition in Boston. Kelvin placed 1st in stage magic at the Texas Association of Magician's (TAOM) 2003 Convention, and also the Pacific Coast Association of Magician's (PCAM) 2000 Convention.

He also placed 2nd in the PCAM 2003 Balloon Olympics and the PCAM 98' Children's Entertainer competition.

With Professor's Dream you are able to end up with one rope which can be handled with just your fingertips. No Hiding Anything!  It is made possible with the addition of rare earth magnets, which literally "snap" the rope together at the ends. You can also create a longer routine that slides a knot to the center and the long rope is divided into 2 ropes that can be linked.

The rope is not as soft and the magnet is not as strong (may deterioriate over time). These "knock off" copies come from Europe - Germany and Hungary (MagicCenterJupiter.com or Jupiter Magic). The "knock off" copies have stolen the exact title "Professor's Dream" with the instructions but the rope and magnet is not from Tokyo, Japan. The "knock off" copies will not perform like the original and do not have these new performing ideas. The originals now come in a green cover box. A prediction envelope is placed in a full view. A spectator inserts a face down card into a deck. The magician takes the five cards that are next to the inserted card. Also, five poker chips are placed with colored face down. A spectator freely selects one from the five cards, and one from the five poker chips. When the prediction envelope is opened, audience discovers that it matches to the spectator's selection of the card and the color of the poker chip. All items are examinable after the performance.

There are a blue and red face poker chip, and a metal disk. Before the performance, both faces of them are shown to the audience. A rope is threaded through holes in the center of them. A spectator holds both ends of the rope. Then, the magician grasps the chip and disk. It is impossible to remove the poker chip or the disk off the rope, but he does. The disk is pulled off from the rope. All the items are examinable immediately after the performance.

"67 easy and amazing sculptures and techniques, explained step-by-step with 938 pictures"

It's written in Italian, English,German and French and the pictures are small but easy to follow. This is the precursor to Fantastic Balloons and is done in the same style. The basic instructions are good and the figures Paolo chose to show are basically his favorites after researching published material and meeting top twisters.

Really, 1000 color pictures! All the instructions and tips are written in Italian and English. It's very clear and well done. There are 17 multi-balloon cartoon characters in this book and some nice useful smaller stuff along with bits they use. I'm very impressed with this book and I highly recommend it for folks wanting to make cartoon figures.

This is the best single balloon twisting book, in my opinion. It is written for the beginner, medium or advanced twister. It takes the beginner all the way through Multi-Balloon Cartoon Characters. There are lots of hats and other useful figures. The art work and instruction are excellent as are the organization and layout.

This book is a compilation of several books Captain Visual originally self published.

Finally, a good, inexpensive, plastic, 2-way hand pump. This pump is hard to break and it works great. You can take it apart for cleaning and lubrication. Comes in orange (older model), dark green, and blue.

The first number is the width and the second and third numbers are the length. A 260 is 2 wide and 60 long, a 315 is 3 wide and 15 long and like that. The final letter refers to the manufacturer. 260Q is for Qualatex. These numbers are at best approximate but you can get a general idea of the balloon from its name. Assorted means the bag is full of different color balloons.

Single Color means all the balloons in the bag are the same color.

/100Ct means the bag contains 100 Balloons
