For our project, we will be designing and building a system that determines a person's body fat percentage. We will accomplish this by using bioelectical impedance analysis. There are various ways to implement BIA but ours will be a simple one. Using the four point probe method, we will inject current into one part of the body and measure the resulting voltage from another part. From the measured voltage (and known injected current), we will be able to determine a person's body impedance. Finally, through a series of calculations, we will be able to determine a person's body fat percentage.
