Primary position responsibilities: reference services in business, humanities, and social sciences; general assistance for non-subject specific questions; and referral of questions outside the scope of business, humanities, or social sciences. The position required knowledge of electronic resources, including databases and indexes, electronic journals, the Voyager OPAC, and World Wide Web resources; as well as knowledge of the business, humanities, and social sciences print reference collection; and the ability to provide one on one bibliographic instruction.
