Why do you treat me in such a good way?

"Because I love you," is what you'll say.

This is why I have for you a surprise,

So hold out your hands and close your eyes.

I give my heart to you, not because I must,

But because in you I love and trust.

Although other girls may look may glance my way,

I won't even give them the time of day.

Because all of me is what you possess.

To hold, to love, and softly caress.

Even after the planets cease their endless turns through space,

I will never get tired of seeing your smiling face.

As time itself ceases to be we hold each other in love.

Unaware of the Earth below and heavens above.

Two leaves blown together, drifting on the wind.

No comprehension of time, may their flight never end.
