Mochi (Microwaved)

1 1/2  cups  mochiko flour

1 1/2  cups  water

3/4     cups  sugar

Mix ingredients together.  Put into a microwavable oiled pan.

Cook on high for 5 minutes and on medium for 2 minutes.

 

Banana Cream Pie

Crust:

2 cups flour

1 can walnuts

2 blocks butter

 

Chop walnuts.  Cream flour and butter.  Add walnuts.

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

 

First Layer

[1] 9 ounce cream chesse

[1] 12 ounce cool whip

1          cup sugar

Mix cream cheese and cool whip together until smooth.  Add sugar.

Spread on cooled crust.

 

Second Layer

1 bunch of bananas

Slice bananas and spread on first layer.

 

Third Layer

2          boxes instant vanilla pudding

3          cups milk

Mix pudding mix and milk together.  Pour over bananas.

 

Topping

[1] 12 ounce cool whip

Spread cool whip on the pudding mixture.  Let it set for about

6-8 hours in the refrigerator.

 

Pumpkin Pie Cake

1 can pumpkin (29 oz.)

1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)

1 1/4 cup sugar

4          eggs (beaten)

1/2 tsp. salt

4 tsp, pumpkin spice  or (2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. ginger, & 1/2 cloves)

Combine above ingredients and poor into a 9x13 pan lined with waxed paper.

 

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup walnuts (chopped)

1 cup butter (melted)

Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture  evenly, then sprinkle walnuts.

Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and walnuts.  Bake at 350 degrees for a hour.

Cool and refrigerate.

Serve upside down, spread cool whip and sprinkle walnuts over the pumpkin.
