ATI TEAS V walk-in exam period is currently open.
The testing period is April 16 - August 16,
2013
ATTENTION:
The Testing Center has moved to Lama 118. [MAP]
The
Testing Center offers the ATI TEAS V test on a walk-in basis several
times per year. In order to use the ATI TEAS V walk-in testing option,
please READ and FOLLOW these instructions on this page exactly as
written.
ITEMS
REQUIRED TO TAKE THE WALK-IN ATI TEAS TEST
Test
takers MUST bring the following THREE (3) items with them on the
day they wish to test.
1.
Acceptable Photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Passport,
Military ID, Campus ID)
2.
Your ATI Login Username/Password
If you have not already created an account, go to http://www.atitesting.com
3.
Two (2) forms of payment - both fees are processed on-site
at the Testing Center.
Note: Once test fees are paid, there
are NO refunds.
- Proctor
Test Fee: $60 (cash or check only)
- ATI
Test Fee: $35 (credit or debit card only)

TEST
DAY POLICY & PROCEDURES
1.
The ATI TEAS is administered Monday - Thursday only between 8:00
a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
You may START the test at anytime between
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
No tests will be started after 12:00 p.m.
No testing on Fridays, weekends, holidays,
or during Spring and Winter Breaks.
No testing during final exam week.
No testing outside of the dates specified above.
2.
Report to the Testing Center in the Library, Lama 101. Check-in
at the front desk.
3.
Scratch paper and pencils will be provided. NO CALCULATORS or ELECTRONIC
DEVICES ALLOWED.
4.
The complete test takes 209 minutes and there are four sections.
You may work at your own pace within the time limit allotted for
each section.
5.
You are permitted to take short restroom breaks in between test
sections.
6.
You may not communicate with anyone about the content of the test
at any time during or after the test administration, including breaks.
7.
Disruptive behavior in any form, including ringing cell phones,
will not be tolerated. The test administrator has sole discretion
in determining what constitutes disruptive behavor.
8.
You are responsible for knowing your college/university re-test
policy. Violation of the policy may adversely affect the application
and selection process into your college/university nursing program.
ADDITIONAL
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TEAS TEST
Test
Results:
Your score will automatically be available to Kapi'olani Community
College at no additional cost.
Passing
Score:
The
ATI TEAS exam adjusted individual score will be used to determine
your eligibility for the nursing program you are entering:
- Requirement
for the ADN and LPN-RN transition program: 78% or higher
- Requirement
for the PRCN program: 65% or higher
Re-Test
Policy:
You
may re-test once every three (3) months. Scores for multiple
tests taken within a three-month period will not be considered and
the Nursing Department may deny your application for admission for
the semester you are trying to enter. The highest test score will
be used if the test was taken more than once.
Score
Validity:
Your
ATI TEAS score is valid for three (3) years.
