FINAL
EXAM WEEK
Tips and Important Information for Instructors
Spring
2013 Final exam week is: MAY 3 - 9, 2013
ALL
make up and regular semester exams must be completed by MAY
2 , 2013
The
Testing Center asks for your help in handling the testing rush for
finals week. Faculty is asked to:
- Make
sure online tests are available on time (e.g. are set to become
active on the correct date and time in Laulima).
- Make
sure the passwords for your online tests work.
- Fill
out all proctoring forms correctly and completely. For paper tests,
provide enough copies and do not put student names
on the tests.
- Tell
your students that they can only take one test at a time. Students
will not be permitted to check-in for another test until they
completed their previous one.
- Complete
the yellow DSSO form for students who need special accommodations
and drop it off at least one (1) day in advance.
- Tell
your students: Last check-in for all tests is one (1) hour before
closing.
- PLEASE
NOTE:
THE TESTING CENTER WILL NOT ADMINISTER PAPER TESTS FOR FACE-TO-FACE
(F2F) COURSES EXCEPT FOR DSSO STUDENTS NEEDING A SEPARATE TESTING
SITE.
Extended
Finals Week Hours
The
testing center announces extended Finals Week Hours. Please note
all times carefully. Check-in will end ONE (1) HOUR BEFORE CLOSING.
Students will not be allowed to check-in or start their test in
the last hour before closing.
